Professional even photography coverage capturing candid moments, details, atmosphere, and key highlights throughout your event. Perfect for launches, concerts, graduations, networking events, and celebrations. Clients receive professionally edited high-resolution images delivered through an online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing. Basic Package Includes: 2 hours of coverage minimum Minimum of 40 Professionally edited high-resolution images Online gallery delivery Candid + posed photos Detail shots & event atmosphere coverage Basic color correction and retouching Sneak peeks within 24–48 hours Final gallery delivery within 5–10 business days
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment A signed agreement and non-refundable 50% deposit are required to secure any booking. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties, all invoices must be paid by the due date listed on the invoice. Final deliverables will not be released until payment is received in full. Cancellations & Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service and are subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-Call, No-Show No-call, no-show appointments are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling and will result in forfeiture of any payments made. Services & Revisions Services include only the deliverables outlined in the selected package, proposal, or invoice. Additional services, revisions, add-ons, or project scope changes may incur additional fees if agreed upon by both parties. Creative Direction WRKBYBLU maintains creative discretion while considering client feedback within the agreed revision limits. Final decisions regarding editing, design execution, and presentation remain at WRKBYBLU's discretion. Usage Rights Upon full payment, clients are granted usage rights to the final delivered work for its intended purpose. WRKBYBLU retains ownership of raw images, source files, drafts, concepts, and unused materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Portfolio Rights WRKBYBLU reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, websites, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
